a down and then an up

I didnt write last week mainly because I was embarrassed about my progression. I have realized that life can be very unpredictable and dieting at the same time is difficult. Two weeks ago, i went down to Salem to help my parents move into their new home. We ate out most meals because there was no fridge and every thing was in boxes. Now, this should be no excuse, but it is just so convenient those fast food joints. So I had gained all those pounds right back which is why I am embarrassed! But last week I was able to loose the pounds again. Weighed myself this morning and I am down to 241.

I would like to write out some goals that i want to achieve. My little stepping stones if you will. I think that if I take it to this level it wont seem to much to handle.

first goal - be able to wear my wedding ring
second goal- fit into a pair of 16 size jeans

Once I achieve these goals I will then write out 2 more goals
