Mac & Cheese and Spinach Caesar Salad


The diet that I am doing is called Th Flat Belly Diet. The meals are excellent! The belief for this diet is if you incoorporate a non-saturated fat into every meal, it will eat at the belly fat that you have due to saturated fat. These non-saturated fats are nuts, avacado, oils (canola, olive, flaxseed, ect.), peanut butter, and my favorite dark chocolate! This diet is not depriving you of great food and thats what I love about it the most. Its base is a 1600 calorie diet for woman and 2200 calorie for men.

The meal this is featured in this post is Mac & Cheese and Spinach Caesar Salad. Delicious! And what is great is that it is very filling. I am completely satisfied!
